POWER UNIT BCI 530D 56V 54329001 is the powerful, battery-powered heart of the Oleo-Mac 56V garden system. One powerful induction motor powers up to five different attachments: scythe, trimmer, hedge trimmer, blower and extension cord. As a result, one professional drive replaces an entire fleet of machines - saving space, time and money while offering the comfort of quiet, emission-free operation.

The offer presents only the BC530D drive unit from Oleo-Mac's 56V line of battery-powered equipment, for which you can buy: a mower, trimming machine, shears, blower, extension, 4.0Ah or 2.5 Ah battery and a fast charger.

The 56-volt battery-powered range includes machines for discerning private customers and professionals. Durability and high performance make these machines suitable for heavier work or for those who, even in the private sector, do not want to sacrifice power and efficiency.

With just one motor, you can power several tools. Powerful induction motor provides the optimum power needed for various attachments to deal with different types of vegetation in gardens and around the house.

What is the Oleo-Mac BCI 530D 56V drive unit and how it works in the multifunction system?

Drive unit Oleo-Mac BCI 530D 56V 54329001 is the central working module of the entire 56V garden tool system. Instead of buying separate devices with a motor, you choose one solid drive to which you connect various working attachments. In practice, it becomes a professional garden "harvester" - it only takes a moment to make a mower, pruner, hedge trimmer or blower from the same unit.

Induction motor powered by a 56-volt Li-Ion battery (4.0 Ah or 2.5 Ah) guarantees high energy efficiency, smooth operation and limited failure rate - no brushes means fewer wear parts. With this BCI 530D 56V is perfect for demanding private users and professionals who need reliable equipment for years to come.

Typical applications in daily work:

  • mowing of dense grass and weeds in hard-to-reach areas - when the scythe attachment is connected,
  • pruning branches and overhead branches - with a trimmer attachment and possible extension,
  • modeling of hedges, forming decorative blocks - after attaching shears,
  • blowing leaves from the driveway, patio or lawn - when the blower attachment is connected.

Where you mount the BCI 530D 56V drive unit and how easy it is to replace the "no tools" attachments?

BCI 530D drive unit mounts centrally in the handle of the device, between the battery and the working tube with the attachment. It has been equipped with quick connect "no tools" system, thanks to which the exchange of working elements takes place completely without tools. In practice, this means you don't need wrenches, screwdrivers or any additional accessories - just release the lock, slide out one attachment and slide in the next one.

Three key advantages of such a design:

  1. Instant mode change - You switch from mowing the lawn to trimming the hedge in seconds, without having to reach for other equipment.
  2. Safe and secure connection - Precise locking mechanism ensures stable fastening of attachments, which is important especially when working on a boom (limbing machine, shears).
  3. Convenient transportation and storage - after disconnecting the attachments, the drive and accessories take up much less space in the garage or service vehicle.

In garden practice, this works well, for example, during:

  • cleaning up the property after the season - first mowing, then cutting the hedge, and finally blowing out the leaves with one unit,
  • garden care at customers' homes - a professional takes one drive and several attachments to the bus instead of many separate machines,
  • everyday work around the house, where quick start and lack of complicated operation are important.

Use of BCI 530D 56V drive unit - one unit, five professional tools

Oleo-Mac 56V system based on the drive unit BCI 530D was created for people who expect full versatility with high power and reliability. Depending on the attachments you choose, you can do virtually all the key garden work:

  • Scythe - For mowing edges, slopes, narrow passageways and places where the mower cannot reach. Ideal for lawn care around trees, flower beds, fences or landscaping.
  • Trimmer - for safe pruning of branches and boughs from ground level. Allows you to remove dry and diseased branches from fruit trees and ornamental trees in the garden or orchard.
  • Hedge trimmers - For forming shrubs, hedges and green walls. They allow you to give plants aesthetic shapes, both simple lines and fancy forms.
  • Blower - For clearing lawn, alleys, patios and driveways of leaves, grass clippings or light debris. Allows you to quickly restore order after working with cutting tools.
  • Extension - Increases the working range of your loppers or trimmers, so you can comfortably reach higher parts of trees and hedges without a ladder.

Such wide application possibilities make BCI 530D 56V will work perfectly:

  • in home gardens with diverse vegetation,
  • in extensive allotment and recreational gardens,
  • in gardening and service companies taking care of public spaces, estates, parks or commercial areas.

Comfort: low weight of 2.9 kg, quiet operation and no exhaust fumes

User comfort is one of the main advantages of the drive unit Oleo-Mac BCI 530D 56V. The unit itself weighs just 2.9 kg (without the battery), which keeps the entire kit with attachments lightweight and handy. This is a huge difference compared to classic diesel machines.

Benefits of battery operation in daily use:

  • Significantly lower noise levels - hassle-free operation in the morning or evening, without the sound of a combustion engine annoying to household members and neighbors.
  • No emissions - Cleaner air around the house, no smell of gasoline and no risk of fuel spillage during refueling.
  • Easy start - Push-button start, without jerking the starter cord or worrying about the fuel mixture.

This is especially important during:

  • long-term hedge shaping, where the lightness of the tool reduces arm fatigue,
  • work in residential areas where silence and absence of exhaust fumes are required (housing estates, hotels, schools),
  • regular, short tasks around the house - getting out the tool quickly, getting the job done and putting it away without complicated handling.

56-volt battery system - fast charging and flexible working time

Drive unit BCI 530D works with batteries Li-Ion 56 V with a capacity of 4.0 Ah or 2.5 Ah (available separately). With fast charging to 100% in about 45 minutes (for 4.0 Ah) you can continue working virtually without interruption - just have a second battery on hand.

Key advantages of the rechargeable system:

  • Constant power - the device maintains high performance until the battery runs out, without gradual "fading" as with older technologies.
  • Flexible working hours - depending on the type of attachment and intensity of work, you can choose the capacity of the battery; the working time varies depending on the attachments, which allows you to optimize the set for specific tasks.
  • Battery sharing - the same battery supports all tools in the 56-volt line, simplifying power management and reducing costs.

Example scenarios:

  • short, everyday cleaning jobs - choosing a lighter 2.5 Ah battery for maximum mobility,
  • intensive mowing and company work - two 4.0 Ah batteries rotary charged with a fast charger,
  • seasonal cleanup - use full 56-volt power for cutting thick branches and long-lasting hedge shaping.
