Tecomec Tap&Go BC 32-52 vein head - quality and durability for many seasons

Głowica żyłkowa Tecomec Tap&Go BC 32-52 109 mm

Vein head Tecomec Tap&Go BC 32-52 has been designed for users who expect the equipment to be maximum durability and reliability. The body is made of impact-resistant plastic that withstands accidental contact with stones, curbs or tree trunks well. This ensures that the head does not break easily and you can work confidently in demanding terrain.

It features a strong, precision-made thread, which guarantees a secure fit on the shaft of the petrol scythe. This reduces the risk of the head unscrewing during operation and increases the safety of use. Robust plastic and rubber hooks keep the line in the right position, which translates into stable tool operation and even line wear.

The durability of the head means that by investing in this product, you will gain savings of time and money - you don't have to buy new, cheap heads of poor quality every season. This is especially important for professionals and those with large areas to mow.

  • Application example: regular mowing of the lawn around the house for several seasons without frequent replacement of the head.
  • Application example: cleaning work on a plot with numerous stones - the housing stands up well to accidental impacts.
  • Application example: intensive use in a gardening company, where trouble-free operation throughout the season is important.

Semi-automatic Tap & Go system - quick ejection of the line without interruption of work

Głowica Tecomec Tap&Go system półautomatyczny

The biggest advantage of the head Tecomec Tap&Go is semi-automatic line ejection system. When the ends of the line shorten during operation, simply bang the rotating head lightly on the ground. The internal mechanism will automatically eject the correct length of line, and you continue mowing without stopping the engine.

This course of action ensures:

  • significant reduction in working time - No need to constantly stop the scythe, put it down and manually extend the line,
  • greater comfort - operation is intuitive, so even less experienced users can handle it,
  • high cutting capacity - you always work with the optimal line length, which translates into an even and aesthetically pleasing mowing experience.

The Tap & Go system will be especially appreciated by mowing users:

  • extensive lawns - Where frequent breaks for line adjustment would significantly increase operating time,
  • roadsides, slopes, ditches - difficult, long stretches of terrain that require uninterrupted operation,
  • gardens with a large number of obstacles - trees, shrubs, walls, where the line shortens faster than on a level lawn.

Tecomec Tap&Go BC 32-52 109 mm vein head - versatility and convenience of use

Głowica żyłkowa Tecomec Tap&Go instrukcja i parametry

Head diameter 109 mm (4 ¼") is the optimal compromise between precision and performance. It allows efficient mowing in both narrow corners and open spaces. The head has been designed for use with internal combustion scythe engines with capacities up to approx. 35 cm³, which includes most of the popular models used in home gardens and small businesses.

Possibility to use different diameters of monofilament (According to the manufacturer's recommendations - typically in the range of approx. 2.0-3.5 mm) makes it easy for you to adapt the tool to the type of work you are doing:

  • thin line (e.g. 2.0-2.4 mm) - Ideal for fine grass and precise edge finishing,
  • medium line (e.g. 2.4-2.7 mm) - A versatile solution for most backyard applications,
  • thicker line (e.g. 3.0-3.5 mm) - for more demanding vegetation, taller weeds and brush.

As a result, one head works well in many everyday scenarios:

  • care of the home garden - change the line to a thinner one when you want a delicate finish at flowerbeds and flowerbeds,
  • mowing grass on a recreational plot - use a universal line, which can cope with different types of vegetation,
  • cleaning up wasteland and overgrown areas - put on a thicker line to more efficiently remove taller weeds and soft volunteer plants.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about TECOMEC TAP&GO BC 32-52 109 MM filament head 50729081

1. What kind of petrol scythes this head fits to?
The head has popular mounting threads M8 M - M10 F x 1.25, therefore, it is compatible with many models of cutters and petrol trimmers of different brands. Before you buy, it's a good idea to check the manual of the scythe for the type of attachment of the cutting tool.

2. Whether the head is intended for home or professional use?
The TECOMEC TAP&GO BC 32-52 109 mm model will perform well in both domestic applications, as well as in semi-professional and professional. Sturdy construction and high-quality materials make it suitable for gardening companies and municipal utilities.

3. What diameter of fishing line can I use?
The head has been adapted for multiple line diameters (usually in the range of approx. 2.0-3.5 mm - exact values should be adjusted according to the recommendations of the scythe and head manufacturer). This allows you to use a thin line for fine grass or a thicker line for taller weeds and bushes.

4. On what principle does the Tap & Go system work?
The Tap & Go (Bump-N-Work) system is a a semi-automatic line ejection mechanism. During operation, all you have to do is lightly bump the rotating head against the ground - a clutch inside the reel will release the lock and eject a new section of line, which will then be cut to the correct length by the cutter on the cutter guard.

5. Is the head assembly complicated?
Assembly is simple and takes only a few minutes. Just remove the old head, place the new one on the working shaft and tighten it with the appropriate thread (M8 or M10 according to your scythe model). Always perform this operation with the engine off and the spark plug disconnected.

6. Can the head cope with very dense thickets?
The head is mainly designed for grass and vegetation of medium hardiness. For very dense, tough overgrowth, it is recommended to use a metal disc or knife. However, with a thicker line in place, the head copes well with taller weeds, nettles and soft self-seeders.

7. Can the head be used with cordless mowers?
If the battery-powered cutter has a suitable mount (M8/M10 thread) and operating parameters compatible with the head, it is possible to use it. However, be sure to check the device manufacturer's recommendations - most cordless cutters are designed for lighter heads and thinner lines.

8. How to care for the head to serve as long as possible?
After finishing work, it is worth clean the head from grass and soil residues, periodically check the condition of the line hooks and housing and use line of the diameters recommended by the manufacturer. As a result, the head will serve reliably for many seasons.
