What is Tecomec LOAD&GO 2.4 mm Ø109 mm vein head 50729004?

TECOMEC LOAD&GO 2.4 MM Ø109 MM filament head 50729004 is a complete cutting head mounted on the end of the working shaft of a petrol scythe or brushcutter. Inside it is a drum on which a 2.40 mm diameter cutting line is wound. During operation, the head rotates at high speed, and the extended line cuts grass, weeds and delicate volunteer seeds at curbs, fences or around trees.

This model belongs to the LOAD&GO series - this means that the replacement of the line is done externally, without the need to remove and disassemble the head. Simply pull a section of line through the holes, align the ends, and turn the knob to wind it onto the reel in seconds. This solution will be especially appreciated by users who often mow large areas and do not want to waste time on complicated maintenance operations.

Where the Tecomec LOAD&GO line head is mounted 50729004?

Tecomec LOAD&GO 2.4 mm Ø109 mm head 50729004 is designed to be mounted on Oleo-Mac brushcutters and trimmers. It attaches directly to the unit's bevel gear with threaded ends:

  • M8 x 1.25 LHM - left M8 thread,
  • M10 x 1.25 LHF - left-hand thread M10.

Thanks to the two most popular types of attachment, the head successfully fits many models of Oleo-Mac cutters, m.in.: BCH 25 S, BCH 250 S, BCH 25 T, BCH 250 T, BCH 25 D, BCH 250 D, BC 241 S, BC 241 T, BC 270 S, BC 270 T, BC 300 S, BC 300 T, BC 241. It is an ideal choice both as a primary head and as a replacement for the factory accessory when the previous head has worn out or become damaged.

The most important advantages and applications of the Tecomec LOAD&GO 2.4 mm Ø109 mm vein head

Tecomec LOAD&GO vein head was developed for heavy daily use. The line diameter of 2.40 mm used provides a very good compromise between cutting performance and durability, allowing comfortable work in home areas, allotments, roadside lanes and around buildings.

Typical head applications:

  • grass cutting on home lawns and around flower beds,
  • trimming of overgrowth near fences, walls, curbs and paths,
  • maintain order around trees, shrubs, posts, gazebos and small garden architecture,
  • trimming hard-to-reach places that a mower can't reach - slopes, ditches, spaces near fences, corners of buildings,
  • cleaning work at summer houses, recreational areas or rented properties.

Thanks to its sturdy construction and efficient line feeding system, the head will be perfect for the discerning private user as well as smaller landscaping companies.

Tecomec LOAD&GO 2.4 mm Ø109 mm vector head 50729004 - quality, durability and reliability for everyday work

Tecomec brand is an established manufacturer of attachments for scythes, chainsaws and garden equipment. LOAD&GO 2.4 mm Ø109 mm head 50729004 is made of high quality plastic resistant to impact, abrasion and changing weather conditions. As a result, it retains its shape and functionality even during heavy use in tall grass and dense weeds.

Durable M8x1.25 LHM and M10x1.25 LHF threaded mounting reduces the risk of the head coming loose on the gearbox - even at high speeds and prolonged mowing. Stable operation translates into greater user comfort, less vibration transmitted to the hands, and more accurate cutting of plants. This is especially important if you regularly maintain presentable lawns or greenbelts around the house and want to maintain an even, aesthetically pleasing edge.

In practice, this means that the Tecomec LOAD&GO head becomes a reliable tool for many seasons - you do not need to invest in new accessories every year, you just need to replenish the line regularly to enjoy the full functionality of the scythe.

Convenience of use - fast line change and comfort with Tecomec LOAD&GO head

The LOAD&GO system has been developed to make the operation of the line head as simple as possible. In classic designs, replacing the line requires disassembling the head, removing the drum and reassembling all the components, which is often cumbersome. With the Tecomec LOAD&GO 2.4 mm Ø109 mm 50729004, this process has been shortened to a few simple steps performed from the outside.

Such functionality brings real benefits:

  • Saving time - During the mowing season, when the grass grows rapidly, any downtime is a nuisance. With LOAD&GO, you gain precious minutes with each changeover.
  • No frustration - simple winding mechanism eliminates the problem of misplaced line that wedges inside the head. Even less experienced people can handle the replacement without the help of a service center.
  • Greater security - shorter handling time and no need to disassemble the head reduces the risk of losing small parts or misassembling the mechanism, which could cause damage during operation.

In everyday use, this means you can finish mowing around the house, around the garage, along the fence or at the playground more quickly - without unnecessary interruptions for attachment service.

Application in practice - where the Tecomec LOAD&GO head will work best?

Tecomec LOAD&GO 2.4 mm Ø109 mm vein head 50729004 was developed primarily for cutting grass and medium hard weeds. It is perfect for areas where a classic mower has limited access or where there is a risk of damaging the steel blade.

Example applications:

  • finishing the edges of lawns after the mower passes,
  • mowing along metal fences, nets, clinker walls and concrete edges - the line minimizes the risk of damage to the elements,
  • pruning plants against tree trunks, around shrubs, arbors and pergolas, where a metal blade could damage the bark or structural elements,
  • maintaining order on recreational plots, around summer houses and service facilities,
  • cleaning work on narrow green belts along roads, sidewalks and driveways.

Thanks to its compatibility with popular models of Oleo-Mac lawnmowers, the head will be a suitable solution for both owners of small gardens and users who regularly cultivate larger areas of greenery.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about Tecomec LOAD&GO 2.4 mm Ø109 mm vein head 50729004

Question 1: Will the Tecomec LOAD&GO head 50729004 fit my Oleo-Mac lawnmower?

The head is compatible with many Oleo-Mac models: BCH 25 S, BCH 250 S, BCH 25 T, BCH 250 T, BCH 25 D, BCH 250 D, BC 241 S, BC 241 T, BC 270 S, BC 270 T, BC 300 S, BC 300 T, BC 241. If your scythe is on this list and has the appropriate left M8x1.25 or M10x1.25 thread, the head will be suitable. If in doubt, it's a good idea to check the thread designation in the device manual.

Question 2: What line can I use in this head?

Recommended and optimal is a line with a diameter of 2.40 mm. This diameter provides the best compromise between durability and cutting performance. Using a much thicker line can put a strain on the scythe's transmission, while a thinner one will wear out faster when working in thicker grass.

Question 3: Is it complicated to replace the line in the LOAD&GO system?

Not. The LOAD&GO system is designed to make changing the line as easy as possible. Simply measure the appropriate length of line, pull it through the holes in the head, align the ends, and then turn the knob that winds the line onto the drum. The entire operation takes just tens of seconds and does not require removing the head from the scythe.

Question 4: What work is this head best suited for?

Tecomec LOAD&GO 2.4 mm Ø109 mm head 50729004 will work best for mowing grass, medium-hard weeds and trimming in hard-to-reach areas: near fences, walls, around trees and shrubs, and around buildings. It is ideal for home gardens, recreational plots and light cleaning work on service facilities.

Question 5: Is the head durable and resistant to damage?

Yes. The head is made of durable plastic resistant to the impact of pebbles, soil and other debris thrown up during mowing. Robust design and quality workmanship characteristic of the Tecomec brand ensure a long life even with intensive use, provided it is used as intended and the correct diameter of the line is used.
