4-TOOTH BLADE Ø 8"/200 MM 4095681R - OLEO-MAC PROFESSIONAL SCYTHE BLADE FOR DEMANDING USERS

4-tooth disc Ø 8"/200 mm 4095681R is a high quality, steel cutting blade designed for professional and amateur household, agricultural and municipal work. Specifically designed for Oleo-Mac lawnmowers and trimmers, it provides precise, aggressive cutting of dense grass, weeds, young regrowth and light brush where a classic vee head is no longer effective.

The disc is mounted in place of a standard cutting head on the drive shaft of a petrol mower/lawnmower. The center mounting hole allows it to be quickly and stably seated in the machine's handle, guaranteeing secure torque transfer and safe operation even at high speeds.

Application of 4-tooth disc Ø 8"/200 mm includes intensive mowing in backyard areas, recreational plots, gardens, orchards, urban green spaces, along roads and around farm buildings. It is ideal for special tasks - where vegetation is too tall, tough or compacted for the cutting line alone to handle.

4-tooth disc Ø 8"/200 mm

Fits Oleo-Mac lawnmower models: BCH 25 S / BCG 250 S / BCH 25 T / BCH 250 T / BCH 25 D / BCH 250 D / BCH 400 S / BCH 40 T / BCH 400 T / BCH 40 BP / BCH 400 BP / BCH 500 S / SPARTA 250 S / SPARTA 25 / SPARTA 250 T BC 241 S / BC 241 T

Thanks to its robust construction, balance and properly designed four teeth, the 4095681R 4-tooth disc significantly increases comfort and productivity, reducing mowing time and operator fatigue.

Precise cutting and high working efficiency - 4-tooth disc Ø 8"/200 mm 4095681R for Oleo-Mac scythes

The most important advantage of the Ø 8"/200 mm 4-tooth blade is its ability to quickly, cleanly cut even difficult vegetation. Four evenly spaced teeth provide an optimal compromise between aggressiveness and smoothness of operation. In practice, this means that the user can efficiently remove both tall grass and tougher weeds or young offshoots of trees and shrubs.

The disc diameter of 200 mm (8") guarantees a sufficiently wide working belt, which translates into fewer passes over the same terrain. In large areas - such as on meadows, slopes or near fences - the difference in working time can be very noticeable. Sharp cutting edges reduce the phenomenon of "tugging" vegetation, making the cut more even and aesthetically pleasing.

In everyday use, the dial will be great for example:

  • tidying up household wasteland before establishing a lawn,
  • mowing weeds and volunteer plants along fences, outbuildings or in the orchard,
  • cleaning drainage ditches and roadsides from high vegetation.

Compatible with popular models - Oleo-Mac 4-tooth blade for BCH, SPARTA and BC 241 scythes

A great advantage of the presented disc is its wide compatibility with popular models of Oleo-Mac cutters and trimmers. The product fits m.in. for series BCH,SPARTA and BC 241, which makes it a universal choice for many users who own various devices of the brand.

Ø 8"/200 mm 4-tooth disc is designed for installation in the following models:

  • Oleo-Mac BCH 25 S, BCG 250 S, BCH 25 T, BCH 250 T, BCH 25 D, BCH 250 D, BCH 400 S, BCH 40 T, BCH 400 T, BCH 40 BP, BCH 400 BP, BCH 500 S,
  • Oleo-Mac SPARTA 250 S, SPARTA 25, SPARTA 250 T,
  • Oleo-Mac BC 241 S, BC 241 T.

This allows owners of several Oleo-Mac trimmers to use one proven solution on different machines, reducing the need to purchase many different types of blades. The unification of accessories also makes it easier to store, service and plan work in the garden or service company.

In practice, such compatibility works well, for example, in small gardening companies, where one set of discs supports several machines used in rotation by different employees. On farms or orchards, in turn, this allows equipment to be quickly rearmed depending on whether more gentle grass cutting or more aggressive brush removal is needed.

Easy installation, safety and durability - advantages of the Ø 8"/200 mm 4-tooth disc in daily use

The Ø 8"/200 mm 4-tooth disc is designed to make installation as simple and intuitive as possible. The standard mounting hole works with Oleo-Mac's factory cutter gears, and the replacement procedure itself is limited to removing the cutter head and inserting the disc along with the appropriate washers and nut. When properly tightened, this ensures stable operation without vibration or backlash.

Made of robust tool steel, it guarantees high resistance to abrasion and impact, such as against stones, hard branches or ground elements. Proper balancing minimizes vibrations transmitted to the handle, so the operator is less fatigued, and machine components (bearings, gearbox, shaft) work under more favorable conditions.

In terms of safety, the user gains the ability to work in difficult terrain without the risk of rapid wear and tear as in the case of a fishing line. The durable blade reduces the need to frequently replace cutting elements during a single day's work, reducing downtime and making it easier to stay focused when mowing large areas.

Examples of daily use:

  • regular mowing around the farm - fewer interruptions for changing the line,
  • cleaning up plots after winter - quick cutting of woody weeds and undergrowth,
  • site preparation for fencing, plantings, garden paths or small architecture.

How and where to mount the 4-tooth disc Ø 8"/200 mm - practical tips for the user

Proper installation of the cutting blade is critical for both safety and productivity. 4-tooth disc Ø 8"/200 mm 4095681R is mounted on the angular gearbox of the cutter, in place of the standard vein head. After removing the guard and unlocking the shaft, remove the existing cutting tool, and then put the disc on the shaft, remembering the correct order of shims and pressure plates provided by the manufacturer of the device.

After tightening the mounting nut, make sure that the disc rotates freely without rubbing against the shield and that there is no perceptible play. Before starting work, it is advisable to carry out a short test in the open air at low speed to check for unusual vibrations.

The blade should always be used with a factory shield suitable for use with metal blades. It is imperative to use personal protective equipment: goggles or visor, gloves, work shoes and leg protection clothing. When working in the vicinity of other people, it is advisable to have an additional cover and to keep an appropriate distance.

In practice, a properly installed and used shield will work well:

  • in seasonal work - spring cleanup, summer roadside mowing,
  • in intervention work - quick removal of overgrowth before the entry of construction or agricultural equipment,
  • in the permanent maintenance of green areas - parks, estate areas, ROD plots.
