2 TOOTH BLADE Ø 12"/305 MM 4095675BR - PROFESSIONAL OLEO-MAC STEEL CUTTER BLADES FOR DEMANDING USERS

2 TOOTH BLADE Ø 12"/305 MM 4095675BR is a high-quality, special steel blade designed for intensive cutting of grass and denser vegetation with Oleo-Mac cutters and trimmers. With a working diameter of about 12" (305 mm), robust construction and precise balance, the blade provides fast, even and clean mowing in both home gardens and professional settings.

What it is 2 TOOTH BLADE Ø 12"/305 MM 4095675BR? This is a double-toothed, steel cutting blade designed to be mounted in the working head of Oleo-Mac brand petrol/battery scythes and trimmers. Replaces classic monofilament at times when greater cutting power, resistance to brush and long, tough grass is needed. Thanks to its design and parameters, it will be ideal wherever efficiency, durability and safety of work are important.

Where the 2-tooth blade is mounted 4095675BR? The blade is seated on the bevel gear (cutting head) of the scythe in place of the standard vee head. Installation is done using the appropriate plate, nut and protective cover provided for use with metal cutting discs. Correct installation of the blade ensures stable rotation, reduces vibration and increases user comfort.

Application: The blade is made for mowing tall, overgrown grass, weeds, nettles, young regrowth, and weedy roadsides, slopes and wastelands. It works well wherever regular fishing line wears out quickly or can't handle it. With two powerful cutting edges, the user can quickly restore order to large areas with a minimum of work passes.

Manufacturer's description:

Special steel blade for cutting grass

2-tooth blade 300/2.5/25.4 mm

Fits Oleo-Mac lawnmower models: BCH400 T / BCH 40 T / BCH 400 T / BCH40 BP / BCH 400 BP / BCH 500 S / BCH 50 T / BCH500 T / BCH 500 BP / SPARTA 441 T / BC 400 T / 741 / 746 S / 746 T / 753 T / 755 MASTER / BC 530 S / BC 530 T / BC550 MASTER

Oleo-Mac 2-tooth blade 4095675BR - maximum cutting efficiency and high quality steel

Double toothed blade design Ø 12"/305 mm 4095675BR guarantees very aggressive and efficient cutting. Each of the two tines acts as a massive blade that easily handles thick, neglected grass and weeds with tough stems. Compared to the vein head, you get much more hitting power and less resistance when going through dense clumps.

The blade is made of specially hardened steel, resistant to wear and deformation. Appropriate thickness (approx. 2.5 mm) makes the disc solid enough to maintain rigidity at high rpm, while not putting undue strain on the transmission and engine. This gives the user a product with a very favorable weight-to-strength ratio.

Examples of daily applications:

  • mowing overgrown grass on unused plots of land and meadows,
  • removal of weeds and nettles on the shoulders of access roads,
  • cleaning up areas around farms and farm buildings where vegetation is dense and tough.

Double-toothed steel blade 300/2.5/25.4 mm - secure installation and compatibility with many cutters

The key technical parameter is diameter of the mounting hole 25.4 mm, which is the standard 1" used on many professional scythes. As a result, the blade 4095675BR sits firmly on the bevel gear, ensuring safe and smooth operation. Easy installation allows you to quickly replace a worn blade or replace a vein head in situations where more cutting power is required.

The 300/2.5/25.4 mm 2-tooth blade fits a wide range of Oleo-Mac scythes, m.in.:

  • BCH400 T / BCH 40 T / BCH 400 T,
  • BCH40 BP / BCH 400 BP / BCH 500 S / BCH 50 T / BCH500 T / BCH 500 BP,
  • SPARTA 441 T,
  • BC 400 T / 741 / 746 S / 746 T / 753 T / 755 MASTER,
  • BC 530 S / BC 530 T / BC550 MASTER.

Such wide compatibility makes it an ideal choice for both single scythe owners and service companies that operate several different models. One blade can handle multiple machines, simplifying spare parts logistics.

Examples of daily applications:

  • the work of urban green care crews, where various models of Oleo-Mac scythes are used,
  • maintenance of areas around companies, warehouses, parking lots - one blade as a universal spare for several scythes,
  • farms, where one blade can be sandwiched between a hand scythe and a backpack scythe.

Professional blade for Oleo-Mac BCH/BC/SPARTA scythes - durability, safety and comfort of use

Blade 2 tooth Ø 12"/305 mm 4095675BR was designed for intensive, multi-hour work. Hardened steel retains sharpness for a long time, reducing the need for frequent sharpening. When used properly, the blade wears evenly, so mowing remains stable and safe even after many cycles of use.

Blade profile and balance reduce the level of vibration felt by the operator. This is important especially during longer work, when less vibration translates into greater comfort, less fatigue and better control of the machine. Stable operation of the blade also means less strain on the bevel gear and the entire scythe, which has a positive effect on its durability.

Examples of daily applications:

  • many hours of mowing of green areas by service companies - lower operator fatigue and lower equipment failure rate,
  • household work on large properties - quickly deal with tall grass, weeds and tree outgrowth,
  • maintenance of recreational areas, allotment gardens and orchards - easy cutting between trees and shrubs.

Why choose the original 4095675BR 2-tooth blade - user benefits

Investing in an original blade 4095675BR, you gain a product perfectly matched to your Oleo-Mac scythe. The manufacturer designs the disc taking into account the power, speed and design of the drive, so that the work is not only efficient, but also safe. Using original parts reduces the risk of gearbox damage, excessive vibration or uncontrolled disc breakage during operation.

Customer benefits:

  • Higher mowing performance - fewer working passages, shorter working time in a given area.
  • Lower operating costs - the blade wears out more slowly than the line, less often requiring replacement and sharpening.
  • Security - product tailored to specific models of scythes, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
  • Versatility - Extensive compatibility list allows one disc to be used on many machines.

Examples of daily applications:

  • regular seasonal work - spring and summer cleanup on the plot,
  • mowing weeds in vineyards, orchards, plantations - where precision and cutting power are important,
  • cleaning roadsides and drainage ditches - places where grass and weeds are extremely difficult to remove with a fishing line.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about Ø 12"/305 mm 2-tooth blade 4095675BR

1. To which scythes the blade 4095675BR fits?
The blade is designed for Oleo-Mac cutters: BCH400 T, BCH 40 T, BCH 400 T, BCH40 BP, BCH 400 BP, BCH 500 S, BCH 50 T, BCH500 T, BCH 500 BP, SPARTA 441 T, BC 400 T, 741, 746 S, 746 T, 753 T, 755 MASTER, BC 530 S, BC 530 T, BC550 MASTER. Before buying, it is worth comparing the diameter of the mounting hole (25.4 mm) and the recommendations of the manufacturer of the scythe.

2. Is this blade only suitable for grass?
Not. Although it has been described as a grass cutter, its double-toothed design and steel blade also allow it to effectively deal with weeds, nettles and light shrub growths. However, it is not designed for thick branches like typical circular saws.

3. Can I mount the blade myself?
Yes, provided that the safety rules are observed and the instructions for using the scythe are followed. Use a guard suitable for working with a metal blade, a proper retaining nut, and lock the gearbox for the duration of tightening. If you're inexperienced, it's a good idea to ask the service or a more experienced person for help.

4. How often do you need to sharpen this blade?
The frequency of sharpening depends on the intensity of work and the type of material being mowed. For standard use in the home garden, seasonal sharpening is usually sufficient. In professional applications (daily work), the blade is worth inspecting and, if necessary, sharpening every few days or weeks.

5. Can this blade be used instead of fishing line throughout the property?
Yes, provided the area is free of rocks, metal, glass and other hard obstacles. A steel knife is much more effective than a fishing line on tall and hard grass, but requires more attention and the use of full protective equipment (scythe guard, goggles, gloves, footwear).

6. Is the 2 tooth blade 4095675BR suitable for beginners?
It can be used by less experienced users, but it is advisable to familiarize yourself in advance with the manual of the scythe and the rules for safe work with metal discs. For those starting out with a scythe, it's better to practice on a vein head first, and only later switch to a steel blade.

7. How to store the blade in the off-season?
At the end of the working season, the blade should be cleaned of grass residue and dirt, dried and protected with a thin layer of technical oil to prevent corrosion. It is best to store them in a dry place, away from moisture and in a way that prevents accidental injury.
