3-tooth disc Ø 12"/305 mm 4095665BR - what it is and to which Oleo-Mac cutters it fits?

3-TOOTH DISC Ø 12"/305 MM 4095665BR is a high-quality, steel cutting head designed for professional and semi-professional Oleo-Mac brushcutters. A working diameter of 12 inches (305 mm) and three precision-formed tines ensure aggressive and effective cutting even of heavily woody weeds, young shoots, tall grasses and dense thickets. It is the ideal choice for demanding users who want durability, safety and high performance equipment.

The blade has been specially designed to work with selected Oleo-Mac lawnmower models, ensuring correct balance, less vibration and optimal power transfer from the engine to the cutting element. This not only makes the work faster and more accurate, but also less tiring for the operator, which is of great importance for longer mowing sessions on larger areas.

Compatibility with specific scythe models eliminates the risk of selecting the wrong accessory. The 4095665BR blade fits popular Oleo-Mac scythes frequently used in horticulture, agriculture and utility applications, such as but not limited to: BCH 400 S, BCH 500 S, BCH 50 T, BCH 500 T, SPARTA 441 S, BC 400 T, 741, 746 S, 746 T, 753 T, 755 MASTER, BC 530 S, BC 530 T, BC 550 MASTER, BCF 430, BCF 530. This makes it easy to match it to your machine if you are using genuine Oleo-Mac branded equipment.

Where the Ø 12"/305 mm 3-tooth disc 4095665BR is mounted and how it is used in practice?

3-tooth disc Ø 12"/305 mm 4095665BR is mounted on the working head of the Oleo-Mac petrol scythe in place of the classic cutting line. Installation is done on the drive shaft of the unit using the factory mounting hardware - nuts, washers and disc guard. Installation is simple for a user familiar with the operation of petrol cutters, and the exact procedure is described in the manual of the particular cutter.

The three-tooth blade works well wherever a regular line proves too weak. In everyday use, this means you can use it on:

  • wastelands and overgrown plots of land - for cutting through tall grass, weeds and young regrowth, which a standard vein head only "jerks" instead of cutting effectively,
  • backyard areas - Around properties, fences, outbuildings, where tougher weeds, nettles or volunteer weeds appear,
  • orchards and plantations - to maintain order between rows of trees, fruit bushes or vines, especially with heavily sprawling vegetation,
  • by roads and drainage ditches - for mowing dense grasses, reeds and plants growing in harder to reach places.

In practice, the disc significantly enhances the capabilities of your petrol scythe - it allows you to perform work similar to light grubbing, which is especially useful for cleaning up neglected areas, recreational plots or areas near fences.

Use of 3-tooth disc Ø 12"/305 mm - when to choose this type of attachment?

Application of 3-tooth disc Ø 12"/305 mm 4095665BR is very wide, making this product great for both the individual user and the professional gardener or service company. Three massive cutting teeth provide high moment of inertia and stable cutting, which translates into efficiency in demanding terrain.

This disc is dedicated to:

  • mowing tall, overgrown grass, which is already too stiff for monofilament and requires a more forceful cut,
  • removing dense weeds and nettles, as well as thickets composed of plants with thick stems,
  • pruning of young woody shoots and volunteer plants with a small diameter, such as birch, willow, blackthorn on the edges of plots and fields,
  • maintain order in agricultural and forestry areas, for example, at fire lanes, slopes, field accesses, ditches and roadsides.

Being made of hard tool steel, the disc is resistant to intensive use, while it can be sharpened periodically, further extending its life. It's ideal for those who value economy of use - instead of frequently replacing the line, you benefit from one solid cutting element for a long time.

The most important benefits for the user - quality, durability and reliability of the Oleo-Mac 4095665BR disc

Selecting 3-tooth disc Ø 12"/305 mm 4095665BR, you invest in accessories that stand out for their quality and reliability in everyday applications. From the customer's point of view, the most important are:

  • High durability and wear resistance - solid steel, from which the disc is made, guarantees a long life even with intensive use. This is especially important if you regularly work on large areas where the cutting elements are exposed to tougher plants and sometimes stones or twigs.
  • Precise and aggressive cutting - three tines with an optimal angle of attack enter the material firmly and evenly, resulting in cleaner mowing and less "tugging" of plants. In practice, this means faster work and a more aesthetically pleasing end result, for example, at the edge of a lawn, at a fence or when rehabilitating an overgrown plot of land.
  • Reliable cooperation with Oleo-Mac lawnmowers - The disc is part of the original accessory system, forming a perfect combination with the listed models of scythes. This minimizes the risk of improper installation, reduces vibration and increases safety during operation, which is crucial, especially for users performing long-term gardening jobs.

In everyday use, this translates into better working comfort - less fatigue, less downtime for replacing attachments, and the confidence that the tool can handle even more difficult tasks. For homeowners, farms, service companies or green space managers, this means measurable savings in time and money.
