8-TOOTH DISC Ø 10"/255 MM 4095065BR is a durable, professional cutting disc designed for Oleo-Mac cutters and trimmers. With a diameter of 255 mm (10") and eight specially shaped tines, it can perfectly handle dense, tall grass, tough weeds, nettles, as well as light overgrowth and young tree regrowth. It is an ideal choice for demanding users - both owners of gardens and allotments, as well as companies involved in the care of green spaces.

This product mounts on the cutting head of a petrol scythe in place of the standard line. Properly selected mounting hole and disc diameter ensure full compatibility with many popular models of Oleo-Mac lawnmowers, allowing seamless replacement of cutting equipment without the need for additional adapters.

The disc is made of strong steel, resistant to abrasion and deformation. Eight symmetrically spaced teeth are responsible for stable, smooth cutting, reduced vibration and even load on the engine. In practice, this means greater working comfort, less operator fatigue and longer life of the entire machine.

What is an 8-tooth disc Ø 10"/255 mm 4095065BR and why you should use it?

Tarcza 8-zębna Ø 10"/255 mm 4095065BR do kos Oleo-Mac

8-tooth disc Ø 10"/255 mm 4095065BR is a specialized cutting tool made of hardened steel, designed to be mounted on lawnmowers and petrol trimmers. Unlike the classic vein head, the metal disc provides much greater cutting power and resistance to contact with tough plants and terrain obstacles such as woody stems or dense weeds.

Eight teeth arranged around the perimeter of the disc are responsible for aggressive but controlled cutting. The user experiences this as easier entry into the material - the vegetation is cut quickly and cleanly, without tugging. In practice, it allows to reduce working time, especially on large, neglected areas.

Such a solution is particularly advantageous wherever a classic cutting line is insufficient - on plots of land that have not been mowed for years, when cutting tall grass with self-sown trees or along drainage ditches. The 8-tooth blade copes with tasks that would be too demanding for a regular fishing line or would cause it to wear out quickly.

The disc was designed for mounted on the cutting head of Oleo-Mac petrol cutters. It is placed on the drive shaft in place of the vee head, using standard fasteners (washers, nut, possibly a flange). Thanks to the appropriately selected diameter of the center hole, installation is quick and trouble-free, and the disc is firmly seated during operation.

Compatible Oleo-Mac lawnmower models:

  • SPARTA 250 S, SPARTA 25, SPARTA 250 T, SPARTA 441 T,
  • BC 241 S, BC 241 T, BC 270 S, BC 270 T,

Thanks to such wide compatibility, the disc is an ideal choice for users with several Oleo-Mac machines - it can be easily interchanged between different cutters, matching the tool to the current task.

Examples of assembly applications:

  • Changing the attachment on the BC 300 S cutter from a vein head to an 8-tooth blade for ditch mowing work.
  • Putting a shield on the SPARTA 250 T model to remove shrub outgrowth on the edge of the plot.

Application of 8-tooth disc Ø 10"/255 mm in the garden, orchard and allotment

Zastosowanie tarczy 8-zębnej Ø 255 mm 4095065BR w terenie

8-tooth disc Ø 10"/255 mm 4095065BR is used wherever the usual line is no longer sufficient. Its design and dimensions make it an accessory for more demanding field work, both in home and professional applications.

Typical applications:

  • Tall, neglected grass - Quick leveling of areas that have not been mowed for months or years, such as recreational plots or access road shoulders.
  • Hardy weeds and nettles - Clean cutting of plants with thick stems, without tugging or breaking them.
  • Light scrub and self-growth - Shearing young offshoots of shrubs and thin shoots of trees, which allows you to keep the area in check without using a saw.
  • Work in orchards and vineyards - tidying up of inter-row spaces, removal of offshoots under trees, at stakes and posts.
  • Maintenance of communal areas - mowing roadsides, slopes, railroad embankments, areas around fences or parking lots.

In daily use, the 8-tooth disc allows you to significantly reduce the time spent working on difficult terrain. Instead of multiple passes with the line, one sure pass with the blade is often all that is needed to achieve an even cutting surface.

Durability, safety and comfort with the Oleo-Mac 8-tooth 255 mm blade 4095065BR

Profesjonalna tarcza tnąca 8-zębna 255 mm 4095065BR – trwałość i bezpieczeństwo

High-quality steel used in the production of the disc guarantees resistance to abrasion, chipping and overheating during intensive work. This allows the blade to keep its edge sharp for a long time, reducing the frequency of sharpening or replacement.

Safety of use ensure properly selected proportions of thickness and diameter of the disc and balanced arrangement of teeth, which effectively reduces vibration. Correctly mounted disc works stably, without transmitting excessive vibrations to the operator's hands, which is especially important for prolonged work.

Work comfort is also noticeable due to the fact that the disc effectively cuts vegetation already at medium engine speed. Reduced load on the drive unit can translate into lower fuel consumption, less noise, and increased life expectancy of the entire machine.

Practical examples:

  • The owner of a large recreational plot can quickly clean up the area once a season without worrying about damage to the disc when working in dense bushes.
  • The horticultural company uses one disc for several intensive jobs, without the need for frequent replacement, reducing operating costs.
  • Operator working several hours a day experiences less hand fatigue due to reduced vibration and smooth disc operation.
