What is PROSINT Oleo-Mac compound oil 5 L 001001405B?
PROSINT OLEO-MAC MIXING OIL 5 L 001001405B is a high-performance semi-synthetic engine oil designed for modern and high-speed two-stroke (2T) engines. The product was developed for professional users of gardening, forestry and construction equipment who expect maximum engine protection while reducing smoke and deposits in the combustion chamber.
The oil is used in the form of a mixture with gasoline in a ratio of 2% (50:1), which ensures optimal lubrication, cooling and cleanliness of the engine. Thanks to specially selected additives, PROSINT effectively protects pistons, cylinders, bearings and rings from seizure, corrosion and excessive wear, even under intensive long-term operation of equipment.
The formula meets and exceeds API TC, JASO FC and ISO-L-EGD standards, which means the oil has been tested for combustion quality, sludge quantity, lubrication properties and environmental impact. The blue-green color makes it easy to visually check the correct preparation of the fuel-oil mixture.

Where and how to use Oleo-Mac PROSINT 5 L blend oil?
PROSINT Oleo-Mac 5 L oil is used wherever fuel is required with the addition of 2T two-stroke engine oil. It is not an assembled part in the classical sense - the product is mixed with gasoline to form operating fuel, which is poured into the tank of the device. This ensures that the oil is distributed with the fuel throughout the feed system and combustion chamber.
Typical equipment where PROSINT Oleo-Mac 5 L is used:
- chainsaws (petrol chainsaws) for forestry and household work,
- trimmers and lawnmowers for lawns, orchards and landscaping,
- leaf blowers and vacuum cleaners, including in municipal applications,
- diesel hedge trimmers and boom pruners,
- soilers, sweepers, snowblowers and other garden machinery with a 2T engine,
- some light construction machinery and recreational equipment (e.g., small 2T boat engines - as recommended by the manufacturer).
The oil can be used both in mixture-lubricated engines (fuel + oil in the tank) and in systems with oil metering, as long as the equipment manufacturer allows the use of oil with API TC / JASO FC / ISO-L-EGD standards.
Examples of daily use:
- daily chainsaw operation for cutting firewood - PROSINT ensures a clean candle and minimal smoke under continuous load,
- mowing overgrown plots of land and roadsides - the oil protects the engine of the petrol scythe at high ambient temperatures and prolonged operation at high speeds,
- intensive use of blowers when cleaning large green areas in autumn - the mixture with PROSINT reduces the risk of seizure and extends the life of the device.
Key benefits and applications of PROSINT Oleo-Mac 2T 5 L
Oleo-Mac's PROSINT blend oil was developed to meet the most stringent requirements of new-generation two-stroke engines, often running for many hours without a break. Combination of semi-synthetic base with advanced additives provides an ideal compromise between high protection and economy of use.
Key advantages for the user:
- High thermal stability - the oil does not lose its lubricating properties even at very high engine operating temperatures; this reduces the risk of seizure and overheating of the drive unit.
- Low smoke and clean combustion - PROSINT formula ensures cleaner combustion, which translates into working comfort (less smoke, better visibility) and less environmental impact.
- Protection against deposits - special detergent additives counteract the formation of carbon build-up on the piston, in the exhaust duct and on the spark plug, making it easier to start and maintain engine power.
The oil is used in both hobbyist (home, garden) and professional (gardening, forestry, municipal companies) applications. One 5-liter container allows the preparation of up to 250 liters of fuel-oil mixture at a ratio of 50:1, which is particularly economically advantageous for heavy users of the equipment.
PROSINT Oleo-Mac 5 L - quality, durability and reliability in your machines
Using the right oil for two-stroke engines has a direct impact on their service life. PROSINT Oleo-Mac 5 L is designed to increase uptime and reduce service costs by reducing wear on moving parts.
Three key features that affect durability and reliability:
- Effective wear protection - The oil film reduces friction between the piston, cylinder and bearings, which reduces wear and tear and reduces the need for costly repairs.
- Reduction of sludge and carbon build-up - Cleaner engine interior means longer service intervals, less frequent need to clean muffler, exhaust ducts or replace spark plugs.
- Stability of the fuel-oil mixture - appropriate chemical composition of the oil prevents stratification of the mixture, which ensures even lubrication from the first to the last start of the fuel tank.
Examples of practical benefits:
- for service companies - less equipment downtime during the season, higher operational readiness, higher crew efficiency,
- for residential users - fewer service visits and less risk of breakdowns during key garden work,
- for forestry users - the ability to run the chainsaw for long periods of time in rough terrain without worrying about the engine overheating.
Seamless preparation of 2T mixture with PROSINT 5 L oil
Oleo-Mac PROSINT oil is designed for the preparation of fuel-oil mixtures in the ratio of 2% (50:1). This means that for every 1 liter of gasoline, there is 20 ml of oil. For your convenience, the large 5-liter container can be easily poured into smaller graduated containers for precise dosing.
An example of a 50:1 mix ratio:
- 5 L of gasoline - 100 ml of oil,
- 10 L of gasoline - 200 ml of oil,
- 25 L of gasoline - 500 ml of oil,
- 50 L of gasoline - 1 L of oil.
Prepare the mixture in a clean, fuel-specific canister, shaking vigorously after adding the oil. The blue-green color allows you to visually make sure that oil has been added - an important safeguard against the possibility of flooding the engine with "dry" gasoline, which could end up seizing the engine.
Daily applications of correct dosage:
- preparation of the mixture for a whole day of work in the forest - one full canister with a properly measured amount of PROSINT ensures trouble-free operation of several chainsaws,
- seasonal mowing of large areas - proper dosage allows to maintain constant power of mowers and trimmers,
- cleaning work around the house - preparing smaller quantities of fuel with oil allows you to keep the mixture fresh for each weekend.
