WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The warranty covers latent defects and damage resulting during the warranty period through the fault of the
manufacturer, i.e., as a result of a defect in material, poor processing, installation, and consists of free replacement of
defective or damaged parts and in case of malfunction on free of charge
repair.
2. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.
3. The seller undertakes to consider the reported complaint within 4 days and, in the event of a complaint
recognition to make an effective repair within no more than 10 days. Reported complaint
will be recognized only if the proper operation of the forklift is established.
4. The warranty period shall be extended by the time during which the user, due to the defect, could not
operate the forklift.
5. Warranty is not covered:
- defects caused by improper and inconsistent with the instructions for use,
storage and improper operation of the forklift
- running wheels (except for visible internal defects)
- bearings (corrosion, corrosion damage)
- damage to the rear wheel connectors (sides of the tandem bogie) due to seizure
corroded bearings
- mechanical damage caused by improper operation
- damages resulting from alterations and design changes made by the
user or third parties
6. The buyer must deliver the cart at his own expense throughout the warranty period.
7. The buyer shall bear the cost of any repair not recognized by the seller and the expert's travel to the place
operation of the forklift.
8. The rights under the guarantee may be exercised only upon presentation by the
buyer a valid warranty card. Warranty card without the entered cart number, date
sale, the stamp of the point of sale and the proof of purchase is invalid.
9. The buyer's withdrawal from the purchase contract, requesting a price reduction or replacement of the product with a new one,
may occur if the seller fails to meet the terms of the warranty.
10. In matters not covered by this guarantee, the regulations shall apply
Civil Code.
