To maintain the 36-month warranty period, you must have the device serviced twice at an authorized service center—the first within

12 months from the date of purchase, and the next one in the 12th month following the date of the first inspection, but no later than 7 days after the scheduled date.

To maintain the 60-month warranty period, you must have the device serviced four times at an authorized service center—the first within

12 months from the date of purchase, and subsequently at 12, 24, 36, and 48 months from the date of the first inspection, always no later than 7 days after the scheduled date.

The dealer performing the inspections must record all of them in the guarantor’s B2B electronic warranty settlement system.

Internal combustion engines of other brands (Briggs & Stratton, HONDA, KAWASAKI, SUBARU, etc.).) and hydrostatic transmissions are covered by a separate warranty

2.The warranty covers all damage that occurs during the warranty period as a result of hidden defects in materials, assembly, or manufacturing that become apparent during that period..

3.The service center will begin repairs as soon as organizational requirements allow, always as quickly as possible.

4.The choice of how to remedy the defect rests with the warranty provider, who may remedy the defect by repairing the device or replacing the defective part.Regardless of how the defect is repaired, the warranty remains in effect and is extended by the time it takes the warranty provider to repair the defect.

5.Warranty repairs can only be performed if the device is registered in the B2B system or if a valid warranty card is presented along with proof of purchase.

Failure to register the device, the warranty card or its cancellation will exclude the guarantor's liability under the warranty provided.

6.The user has the right to appeal a service center’s decision regarding the classification of a reported malfunction.A cancellation request must be submitted to the guarantor in writing only and sent by regular mail or email to reklamacje@victus.pl, along with a complete set of documents detailing the repairs performed and a description of the device’s technical condition at the time of the initial inspection conducted by an authorized service center.

7.The warranty period is extended by the time required to perform the warranty repair.The dates listed in the claim form in the B2B electronic warranty settlement system are valid..

8.The service center is required to enter information regarding the scope of warranty repairs into the B2B electronic warranty billing system.

9.The guarantor provides a 3-month warranty for paid (post-warranty) repairs, provided that the repair is performed at an authorized service center and original replacement parts are used..The basis for a claim is proof of purchase of the part and of the service performed.

15.If a service center fails to fulfill its obligations, the user must immediately notify the guarantor of this fact.If the guarantor does not recognize the repair as covered under warranty, the claimant is responsible for the repair and shipping costs.

16.Defective replacement parts replaced as part of a warranty repair are the property of the warranty provider.
