Coiling machine ZW-2000/0.6 is a machine used for coiling, winding cylindrical tubes, low convergence conical tubes, gutters and all kinds of metal sheets up to 0.60 mm thickness and tensile strength Rm to 400 MPa.
The main working elements of the coiler are 3 shafts. Two of them located in the front part of the machine (upper and lower) perform the function of pulling in the rolled sheet metal. The third, at the back of the device, the so-called loose thanks to the adjustment of the position gives the appropriate diameter of the sheet to be processed. The loose shaft is supported by two roller carriages mounted on a carriage frame that moves with the shaft during its adjustment. Such a design solution prevents the shaft from deforming during sheet rolling.
Thanks to the additional milling in the upper shaft, it is possible to make drain pipe locks on the coiler. Detachable top shaft on one side for quick removal of the workpiece. The use of an additional chain transmission in the reel that drives the slack shaft improves the performance during reeling.
The reel shafts are driven by a helical gearbox manually using a crank handle.
