MAAD NK-0.8 roller shears are used for cutting sheet metal along a straight line. For cutting, the shears are put on the pressure bar of the bending machine. Mountings and guides of the shears are adapted for all "MAAD" bending machines.

The shears work with the bending machines of our company ( MAAD).
After reworking the guides (they are unscrewed from the body), the shears can be used for other devices.
Fastening of the main elements of the shears is carried out in a monolithic body made by CNC machine tool in one fastening per side of the body, which ensures very high accuracy of execution of all surfaces of the body. The working elements of the device are two circular knives made of tool steel and heat-treated. The knives are seated on the pins and are supported in the hubs by ball bearings. The design of the shears provides point contact between the cutting blades which allows for sharpening alone of the knives while cutting. Five rolling guide bearings ensure very good guidance of the tool during operation.
Shear elements are made on precision CNC machine tools.
The scissors are covered with a double layer of high-quality paint - the painting process is done in a professional, heated and ventilated paint shop.
