The largest and most powerful model of the bending machine from the ZG-2000 type, that is, a machine with the ability to bend sheet metal up to 2 mm thick with parameters Rm < 400 MPa (yield strength). The ZG-2000/2.0 bending machine is equipped with a total of 4 gas cylinders with a total force of 2820 N, which translates into the ability to raise approximately 285 kg!
The side mechanisms of the bending machine were burned and milled from 35-mm-thick sheet metal, which increased the strength of the machine compared to the ZG-2000/1.5 model. The entire elements of the mechanisms or working beams were made on the milling centers and CNC lathes.
