ANTI-SWEAT JACKET FOR OLEO-MAC CHAINSAW CLASS I 20M/S SIZE. XXL 3155004
- Oleo-Mac Class I 20 m/s XXL 3155004 anti-sweat jacket - professional waterproof jacket for chainsaws and lumberjacks with 8-layer sofly protection, high visibility and EN 340 and EN 381-11 certifications. Ideal for chainsaw work.
Oleo-Mac Class I 20 m/s size XXL 3155004 anti-sweat saw jacket is a high-end protective clothing designed for professional lumberjacks, arborists, municipal services and all chainsaw users. Designed in accordance with the demanding safety standards EN 340 and EN 381-11:2002 (class 1, DPI cat. 2), provides effective cut protection at chain speeds of up to 20 m/sec. Special 8-layer protective liner (sofly) protects the most vulnerable parts of the body - hands, arms and chest - without compromising comfort and freedom of movement.
The jacket is made of 240 gsm reinforced fabric (33% cotton, 67% polyester), which combines high abrasion resistance with waterproofness and very good breathability. Large panels in intense orange ensure excellent visibility for the chainsaw operator both during the day and after dark, significantly increasing safety in the forest, on a construction site or in a city park.
What is the Oleo-Mac Class I 20 m/s XXL 3155004 anti-sweat jacket?
This is a certified "comfort" protective jacket for chainsaw users, whose main purpose is to reduce the effects of the working chain's contact with the body. Built-in, multi-layered protective fibers "weave" into the chain in a fraction of a second, braking it and minimizing the risk of serious injury. At the same time, the jacket provides a high level of wearing comfort during many hours of work in variable weather conditions.
Where it is used / how it is "mounted" on the user?
The jacket is worn directly over work clothes as a top protective layer. It is used wherever chainsaw work is carried out: felling and limbing trees in the forest, tree stand maintenance in parks, roadside logging, cutting firewood around the house, as well as in forestry and green space management companies. The jacket should always be used in conjunction with other personal protective equipment - anti-sweat pants, helmet, gloves and safety shoes.

- professional tree felling and skidding in forestry districts and forest service companies,
- crown care by arborists and mountaineering and lumber companies,

Oleo-Mac Class I 20 m/s XXL anti-sweat jacket - maximum safety when working with a chainsaw
Safety is the most important feature of this jacket. Certification to EN 340 and EN 381-11:2002 standards in class 1 (DPI cat. 2) indicates that the product has been laboratory tested and meets the stringent requirements for chainsaw cut protection clothing. The protection is effective at chain speeds of up to 20 m/s, which matches the performance of most modern chainsaws used in forests and households.
The key role is played by the 8-layer protective insert (sofly) placed in the sensitive zones: on the hands, arms and chest. On contact with the chain, the fibers immediately "entangle" in the links, blocking their movement and shortening the cutting path. This solution can determine whether an incident will end with only a superficial injury or a serious injury.
On a day-to-day basis, it will be appreciated both by professional chainsaw operators who spend several hours a day in the woods, as well as occasional users who cut firewood or remove fallen trees on a plot several times a year. In each of these applications, the jacket significantly reduces the risk of injury, while being comfortable enough not to restrict movement when working with a chainsaw, axe or other tools.

High visibility and weather resistance - safe work in the forest and in the field
Spacious zones in intense orange make the Oleo-Mac anti-sweat jacket highly visible from a distance, even in dense forest or bad weather. This makes it easier for co-workers, skidder operators or drivers to spot a worker, reducing the risk of accidents due to lack of visibility.
The outer material is waterproof and breathable at the same time. This means that the jacket effectively protects against rain, moisture and wind, while allowing water vapor to escape to the exterior. In practice, the user can work comfortably on cool, humid days without feeling overheated or wet, which translates into better concentration and less fatigue.
These solutions are especially important for everyday tasks such as working for hours felling trees, cutting at the wood yard, cleaning up damage after windstorms, or seasonal cleanup around the farm. The jacket provides protection for a full day's work without having to change clothes depending on the weather.

Comfort and perfect fit - a lightweight protective jacket for long shifts
The "comfort" model is designed for hours of intense use. The jacket is exceptionally lightweight for an anti-cutting garment, and thanks to the well-chosen proportions of cotton (33%) and polyester (67%) and a weight of 240 g/m², it does not weigh down the wearer or stiffen movements. The use of sofly fabric allows for a perfect fit, which reduces restraint when lifting, reaching or working overhead.
The jacket's design includes reinforcements in the areas most prone to abrasion, such as elbows, shoulders and lower sleeves. As a result, the garment retains its protective properties and aesthetic appearance even after many seasons of work. Practical adjustments of the cuffs and the circumference of the lower part of the jacket allow you to fit it to the clothing underneath - a thin sweatshirt in summer or thicker underwear in winter.
In everyday use, this translates into real comfort: when limbing logs, pruning branches, carrying timber or operating other forestry machinery, the jacket does not "pull" in any direction, does not lift up on the back and does not limit the reach of the arms. The user can fully focus on the task at hand rather than mending clothes.

Durable materials - an investment for years of intensive work
The use of a blend of 33% cotton and 67% polyester at 240 gsm provides an excellent compromise between wearing comfort and mechanical strength. Cotton increases the breathability and pleasure of the material's contact with the skin, while polyester is responsible for resistance to tearing, abrasion and weathering.
In the most exploited areas - such as the lower parts of the sleeves, the area around the zippers and the shoulders - additional reinforcements are used to prevent rapid wear and tear. Carefully crafted stitching and high-quality zippers resistant to resin or sawdust stains guarantee the jacket's long life even when working intensively in harsh forest environments.
Thanks to this, the investment in the Oleo-Mac anti-sweat jacket quickly pays off - the product does not require frequent replacement, it retains its shape and protective parameters, and the professional appearance of the garment emphasizes the professionalism of the employee when dealing with private customers, the forestry authority or the investor.

Functional utility details - practical solutions for professionals
The jacket has been equipped with a number of solutions that make everyday work easier. Thoughtful arrangement of pockets allows you to conveniently store essentials - phone, tape measure, chainsaw key, notebook or gloves. Zippers equipped with handles allow operation even with protective gloves, which is especially important in cold weather.
Adjustable Velcro cuffs and the ability to adjust the collar and bottom edge of the jacket to better protect against wind and snow. Ventilation holes (e.g. in the armpit area) help maintain an optimal microclimate under the garment during intense exertion, such as intensive limbing or working on steep slopes.
During a typical day of work in the woods, the user can appreciate these details many times over: open the ventilation during an uphill approach, hide a bunch of wedges in the pocket, carry the radio, and in the evening - easily fasten all the elements even with frozen hands. The jacket becomes a functional work tool, not just a protective layer of clothing.

XXL size and fit - comfort for posture users
Presented in XXL size, this model is an ideal choice for tall, well-built users who often find it difficult to select appropriate protective clothing. The cut of the jacket has been developed based on international size charts, providing sufficiently long sleeves, shoulder and chest comfort, and optimal overall length to cover the back when working at an incline.
Elastic drawstrings and adjustments allow the jacket to fit both slim and bulkier figures, increasing the product's versatility for companies with multiple employees. The jacket fits well on the body, it does not "hang" and does not create excessive folds of material that could catch on branches or machine parts.
In practice, this means that a person with a stronger build can freely perform all the movements required when felling, handling logs or operating a winch, without worrying about bursting seams or a sleeve that is too short. The comfort of the fit also encourages regular use of the jacket, which is crucial for safety at work.
