Guide tip for 80 mm drill bit 375100090A - maximum precision in ground drilling for MTL51, MTL81R, MTL85R augers

Guide tip for 80 mm drill bit 375100090A is a specialized work piece designed for mounting on soil drills with a diameter of 80 mm. Its function is to guide the auger stably in the ground, facilitate the start of drilling and maintain the axis of the hole even in hard, compacted or rocky soil. Thanks to it, the drill bit "bites" into the substrate securely and without slipping, which directly translates into work speed and operator safety.

Model 375100090A was designed as a guiding tip for selected brand augers - is fully compatible with machines MTL51, MTL81R and MTL85R. It's the ideal choice for professionals and demanding users who want repeatable results and long equipment life.

Destination: MTL51, MTL81R, MTL85R.

What is the guide bit for the 80 mm drill 375100090A and why it is so important?

The guide bit for the 80 mm drill 375100090A is a steel spiral piece with a sharp tip that screws onto the lower end of an 80 mm diameter auger bit. It is the one that first comes into contact with the ground, "pulling" the rest of the auger behind it. With this:

  • Increases drilling stability - The sharply pointed tip centers the drill bit in the axis of the hole, reducing the risk of the auger running off to the side, even when starting on uneven or hard ground.
  • Improves work efficiency - The spiral geometry of the tip makes it easier to bite into the ground, which reduces drilling resistance and allows you to drill more holes faster.
  • Protects the main drill bit - it is the tip that first contacts rocks, roots and harder soil fractions, making the right drill bit less vulnerable to damage and rapid wear.

Examples of daily applications of the 375100090A guide tip:

  • Drilling holes for fence posts and backyard railings.
  • Preparation for the installation of light structures: pergolas, shelters, gazebos, tool houses.
  • Making holes for planting trees and shrubs in gardens or green spaces.

Application and installation of guide bit for 80 mm drill 375100090A in MTL51, MTL81R, MTL85R machines

The 375100090A guide tip is designed to work with specific auger/drive models: MTL51, MTL81R, MTL85R. Thanks to the precise dimensions and threads, installation is quick and the connection is solid and resistant to loosening during operation.

Where the guide tip is mounted?

The element is screwed on the the lower end of an auger drill with a diameter of 80 mm. The tip acts as a "pilot" - the first point of contact with the ground. Assembly usually consists of:

  1. Cleaning the thread at the end of the auger from dirt and old grease.
  2. Threading the 375100090A guide bit onto the drill thread until you feel resistance.
  3. Clean the connection and, if necessary, secure the threads against self-unscrewing (e.g., with a lock nut or thread locking agent).

Application in practice:

  • Working with compact or clay soil - the guide tip makes it easy to start drilling without the auger slipping on the surface.
  • Drilling in soils with fine rocks - the spiral form helps gradually penetrate harder layers and stabilizes the tool.
  • Precise holes in confined spaces - for example, at existing fences or foundations, where the following are required very precise hole locations.

With the proper use of the guide bit for the 80 mm drill 375100090A, the operator experiences less vibration, the tool is easier to guide, and the holes are uniform and repeatable, which significantly improves the next stages of construction assembly.

Guide tip for drill bit 80 mm 375100090A - durability, safety and quality of work

When choosing a guide tip, the user expects, first of all, the following reliability. Model 375100090A is made of high quality steel, which provides resistance to the stresses of drilling in difficult conditions - from light soils to more compacted soils.

Key user benefits:

  • High mechanical strength - solid construction and appropriate thickness of material make the tip does not deform easily and stands up well to intensive seasonal and professional use.
  • Wear resistance - the component is designed to maintain sharpness of the blade and guiding properties for a long time, reducing the frequency of replacement and service costs.
  • Improving security - stable auger guidance means less risk of sudden jerking of the machine or loss of control at the start of drilling, which is especially important in one-man operations.

Practical examples of applications where durability and safety are key:

  • Fencing and construction work - making dozens or hundreds of holes a day requires a fixture that will not fail in the middle of a job.
  • Gardening and paving services - the operator working for a fee must be sure that the tools are predictable and guarantee a repeatable result in different types of soil.
  • Farm use - holes are often drilled for pasture fences, signal poles or auxiliary structures, often in hard, dry soil.

Why choose the 80 mm drill guide bit 375100090A for MTL51 / MTL81R / MTL85R augers?

If you have a drive or drill from the series MTL51, MTL81R or MTL85R, choosing a dedicated 80mm 375100090A guide bit is the best way to maintain full compatibility and performance of the set. Original fit means:

  • Perfect fit with the thread - less risk of backlash, overshooting or spontaneous unscrewing of the workpiece during drilling.
  • Optimum working geometry - the angle of attack and the shape of the spiral are matched to the parameters of the drill bit and the drive, which affects the speed of excavated material removal and the reduction of resistance.
  • Saving time and energy - The kit runs smoothly, allowing the operator to drill more holes in less time, using less force and fuel/energy.

In daily use, this means:

  • When installing a fence on a recreational plot, you will make all the post holes in one go, without any downtime caused by problems with drill bit guidance.
  • When preparing a structure for a terrace, canopy or carport, you will make holes with a of equal depth and diameter, which will facilitate the further stages of concreting the columns.
  • In the services performed for clients, you will gain a professional image - work will be fast, clean and precise, and the equipment will not fail at a crucial moment.
