Where to install the 434-464-484-534 knife hub with drive R301969?

Blade hub R301969 is mounted in the cutting unit of a mower or tractor - usually in the cutting unit located under the frame of the machine. This is where the hub connects to the cutter, drive shaft and often to the pulley or other drive gear component.

A typical installation includes:

  • Attachment to cutting unit - the hub is seated in the socket or on the axle, stabilizing the knife and protecting it from uncontrolled movement.
  • Connection to the drive shaft - internal splines or hub bore work with the shaft to transfer torque from the motor to the blade.
  • Connection to cutting knife - the blade is bolted directly to the hub, which provides it with proper support and alignment to the ground.

Blade hub 434-464-484-534 with drive R301969 is used, among other things, in lawn mowers and garden tractors from popular manufacturers that use cutting sets with series numbers 434, 464, 484, 534. By maintaining the dimensions and parameters corresponding to the original 22465607/0, it is an ideal replacement in the situation of wear, breakage or damage to the factory component.

Examples of assembly applications:

  • Replacement of worn hub in garden mowers used on large home lawns.
  • Rebuilding the cutting system in tractors used for maintenance of company grounds, estates and parks.
  • Periodic service in gardening workshops, where replacing the hub improves the culture of the blade and reduces vibration.

Powered knife hub R301969 - key features, quality and durability

Knife hub 434-464-484-534 with drive R301969 is designed for long and trouble-free operation. The design of the component and the choice of material determine the high resistance to overloading and impact, which are inherent in the operation of any mower.
