Oleo-Mac 3.0 mm 56 m cutting line - professional, durable and flexible line for lawnmowers and trimmers

OLEO-MAC CUTTING LINE 3.0/56M ROUND PROFILE, BLISTER 63040105C is a high-quality, professional line for petrol and electric lawnmowers and trimmers, designed for intensive work in the care of green areas. With a diameter of 3.0 mm, a round profile and a length of 56 m, it is ideal for both home gardens and semi-professional and municipal applications.

The product is made of a single polyamide fiber with an increased content of Nylon PA 6/6, which provides exceptional resistance to abrasion, cracking and fatigue of the material during long-term use. Intense green color improves line visibility during operation, making it easier to control cutting and guide the machine safely.

What is Oleo-Mac 3.0/56M round profile BLISTER cutting line 63040105C?

Oleo-Mac 3.0/56M cutting line is a working element for the heads of lawnmowers and trimmers, which replaces traditional metal blades when cutting grass, weeds and delicate brush. Made of top-grade polyamide, it is a compromise between cutting performance and safety for use near curbs, fences or garden landscaping elements.

High-quality line for scythes and trimmers in intense green with a round cross section. It is made of a single polyamide fiber made with high technology, with an increased content of Nylon PA 6/6.

A blend of special components that make the line more resistant to wear and have greater internal strength against breakage. Special plastics add softness to the material, making it more flexible.

Surface coating with soluble oil reduces the likelihood of the strands sticking together and welding to each other under critical conditions of heavy use and in the presence of vibration.

Package: 56m of 3.0mm diameter fishing line

The round cross-section of the line guarantees very good cutting performance while reducing noise and load on the cutting head. It is a universal solution - suitable for both home users and demanding gardeners or professional green space maintenance teams.

Where the Oleo-Mac 3.0/56M round profile cutting line is mounted?

Oleo-Mac 3,0/56M cutting line is mounted in standard vein heads of cutters and trimmers. Fits most popular models of internal combustion and electric equipment adapted for use with 3.0 mm diameter fishing line.

To install the line:

  1. Turn off the device and disconnect it from the power supply (or turn off the combustion engine).
  2. Open the cutting head according to the instructions of the manufacturer of the mower or trimmer.
  3. Measure the appropriate length of line (usually 2 × 3-5 m, depending on the head) from the 56 m coil.
  4. Put the ends of the fishing line through the mounting holes in the spool, wind evenly and lock according to the markings.
  5. Close the head and feed the ends of the line out through the working holes.

Thanks to the flexible yet break-resistant material, the line is easy to wind, does not kink at the sharp bends of the spool, and maintains a stable length during operation. A surface coated with soluble oil reduces the risk of coils sticking together inside the cartridge, which is especially important for high temperature and high speed operation.

Application of Oleo-Mac 3.0/56M cutting line - for garden, orchard and home areas

OLEO-MAC 3.0/56M COVER PROFILE CUTTING YEAR, BLISTER 63040105C has been developed for a wide range of applications in green care. Its 3.0 mm diameter allows it to effectively cut not only fine grass, but also tougher weeds and dried vegetation.

Example applications:

  • Trimming the lawn in hard-to-reach areas - Around trees, flower beds, ornamental stones, fences and at curbs where an ordinary lawn mower cannot access.
  • Removal of tall weeds - For example, at the mesh fence, along paths, at outbuildings and at the border of the plot.
  • Cleanup of sites after construction or renovation - cutting of regrowth of grass and volunteer trees along fences, around paving stones, near driveways.
  • Care of the orchard and recreational plot - trimming vegetation between fruit trees, by supports, arbors or garden swings, where a metal knife could be too aggressive.

Thanks to its high elasticity and resistance to breakage, the line provides an even and smooth cut even during longer mowing sessions, which translates into working comfort and less operator fatigue.

Oleo-Mac 3.0/56M cutting line - quality, durability and reliability in daily use

ŻYŁKA TNĄCA OLEO-MAC 3,0/56M PROFIL OKRĄGŁY, BLISTER 63040105C

Oleo-Mac 3.0/56M cutting line is designed to meet the demands of intensive work in harsh conditions. High-technology polyamide fiber with an increased content of Nylon PA 6/6 ensures long life, and a specially selected blend of components contributes to increased resistance to abrasion and cracking.

Special plastics used in the production process give the line softness and flexibility, making it easier to cushion contact with hard obstacles such as stones, curbs or metal elements. This directly translates into fewer cracks and the need to replace working sections less frequently.

An additional advantage is the coating of the surface of the line with soluble oil - this solution significantly reduces the risk of sticking and welding of the line coils during intensive use and vibration. This allows the line head to eject the line smoothly, without jams, making it more comfortable to use and allowing you to focus on the work itself, rather than constantly adjusting the tool.

The circular profile is particularly appreciated for:

  • lower noise level compared to more aggressive profiles,
  • less head wear thanks to even loading,
  • versatility - works well for most home and garden jobs.

The most important features of Oleo-Mac 3.0/56M Round cutting line - comfort and economy of use

When choosing a cutting line, customers pay attention not only to the price, but also to the performance and economy of the entire package. OLEO-MAC 3,0/56M COVER PROFILE, BLISTER 63040105C cutting line combines all these elements, offering:

  • Long working length - 56 m on one coil
This amount allows for multiple replacement of sections in the head, making one pack sufficient for many mowing sessions. It is practical for both private users and gardening teams working regularly.
  • Optimum diameter of 3.0 mm
This diameter provides an excellent balance between cutting efficiency and energy consumption of the device. It's powerful enough to handle thicker grass and weeds, yet doesn't put undue stress on the engine or head.
  • Trouble-free operation thanks to the oil coating
A coating of soluble oil reduces friction between the coils, which reduces the risk of the line jamming in the cartridge. This is especially important when operating in high ambient temperatures and when mowing continuously for long periods of time.

In daily use, this means fewer head service interruptions, faster clean-ups and lower operating costs. The gardener can focus on the end result - an even, aesthetically pleasing lawn and clean borders - instead of constantly tweaking equipment settings.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about Oleo-Mac 3.0/56M cutting line

1. To which machines the Oleo-Mac 3.0/56M cutting line fits?
The cord is designed for most petrol and electric lawnmowers and trimmers adapted to work with a 3.0 mm diameter line. Before you buy, it's a good idea to check the recommended line diameter in the device's manual.

2. Can I use this line to cut very dense bushes?
3.0 mm monofilament handles tall grass and tougher weeds well. For very woody plants and shrubs, a metal disc may be a better option, but for most backyard work this line will be fully sufficient.

3. How to properly store fishing line so that it does not lose elasticity?
It is best stored in its original packaging, in a dry, shaded place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. This will keep it flexible and resistant to cracking for a long time.

4. Is a round profile better than a square or star profile?
The round profile is the most versatile - it generates less noise, wears evenly and is gentler on the cutting head. The square or star profile is sometimes more aggressive and better cuts tough weeds, but for most garden users, the 3.0mm round line is the optimal choice.

5. Does the oil coating dirty your hands or device?
The coating is made of soluble oil, which is designed to prevent the line coils from sticking together. It may leave a slightly slippery layer on the surface, but it does not adversely affect the operation of the head or cause dirt that would be difficult to remove.

6. How often should the line be replaced during operation?
The frequency of replacement depends on the type of vegetation being mowed and how it is used. Thanks to increased abrasion resistance, the Oleo-Mac 3.0/56M monofilament wears out more slowly than cheaper counterparts, which means less frequent breaks to refill the line in the head.

7. Is this line suitable for beginner users?
Yes, the round profile, flexibility and high strength make the Oleo-Mac 3.0/56M cutting line a very good choice for beginners and experienced gardeners alike. It winds up easily, doesn't tangle and allows you to quickly become proficient at mowing.
