Cutting disc mounting nut 61110075R Oleo-Mac - reliable disc mounting on 746T / 750 / 753 cutters

Cutting disc mounting nut 61110075R is an original Oleo-Mac brand mounting element, designed to securely and stably attach the cutting blade on petrol cutters. It's a small part that has a huge impact on the comfort and safety of your work when mowing grass, brush and weeds.

Oleo-Mac cutting disc mounting nut

fits cutter models: 746T / 750 / 753

Thanks to its precision thread and high-quality material, the 61110075R nut ensures that the disc is securely seated on the bevel gear, minimizing the risk of loosening even during intensive long-term use. It is the ideal choice for users who value original parts, which guarantee full compatibility with equipment and long service life.

What is the cutting disc mounting nut 61110075R Oleo-Mac?

Cutting disc mounting nut 61110075R is a specialized fastener, used in professional and semi-professional Oleo-Mac's 746T, 750 and 753 series petrol cutters. Its function is to firmly bolt and hold the cutting disc on the drive shaft or bevel gear of the machine.

Unlike ordinary universal nuts, this model was designed specifically for the requirements and technical parameters of Oleo-Mac lawnmowers. This means a perfect thread fit, the right diameter, height and hardness of the material, which translates into:

  • secure holding of the disc even at high engine speeds,
  • reduced risk of vibration and operating backlash,
  • longer life of both the disc and the drive components.

It is this nut that is responsible for ensuring that the disc does not move, rotate loose or unscrew during operation. In practice, it is one of the key elements to ensure operator safety.

Where the cutter blade mounting nut 61110075R is installed on Oleo-Mac cutters?

Nut 61110075R is mounted directly on the cutting unit of a petrol scythe - at the end of the drive shaft or at the bevel gear, where the cutting disc is installed. It is used as the final element that presses the disc against the mounting flange.

In practice, the assembly is as follows:

  1. A suitable flange or spacer is put on the drive shaft.
  2. A cutting disc selected for a specific task (grass disc, brush disc, multi-tooth, etc.) is placed on the flange.).
  3. The following is screwed onto the protruding thread of the shaft cut-off wheel mounting nut 61110075R, which tightens the disc and prevents it from coming loose.

Thus, this element is located at a critical point in the cutting system and has a direct impact on the stability of the entire working unit. Its correct installation is crucial for user safety.

Use of cutting disc mounting nut 61110075R - for which models and jobs?

Cutting disc mounting nut 61110075R was designed as an original replacement part for:

  • oleo-Mac Lawnmower 746T,
  • oleo-Mac 750 petrol scythe,
  • oleo-Mac 753 Petrol Scythe.

Its application covers the full range of typical tasks performed with these scythes, such as:

  • mowing tall grass on wasteland and recreational plots,
  • removal of overgrowth, weeds and volunteer plants in gardens, orchards or backyard areas,
  • housekeeping work in corporate, municipal and community areas,
  • intensive use in green space care service companies.

Due to the fact that it is an original part, it is recommended both for ongoing repair and maintenance, and as a spare item worth having in the service equipment of a workshop or gardening company.

Oleo-Mac cutting disc mounting nut 61110075R - quality, durability and reliability

Original oleo-Mac cutting disc mounting nut 61110075R is distinguished by high quality workmanship and precisely selected technical parameters. The use of sufficiently hard steel and the exact finish of the threads ensure that the component retains its properties even during prolonged high-speed operation.

  • Durable material - wear-resistant steel ensures long nut life, resulting in less frequent replacement and lower operating costs.
  • Precision thread - Perfectly matched to the shaft of Oleo-Mac lawnmowers, guarantees easy installation and removal, without the risk of "skipping" or breaking the threads.
  • Stable disc mounting - the right shape and height of the nut ensure proper pressure on the disc, which minimizes vibration and improves operator comfort.

In everyday use, this means that the scythe works evenly, the blade does not tend to loosen, and the operator can focus on the work instead of constantly checking and tightening the fasteners.

Oleo-Mac cutter blade mounting nut 61110075R for 746T / 750 / 753 cutters - perfect fit and safety

Choosing the right original part is crucial to the safe use of petrol scythes. Cutting disc mounting nut 61110075R, created for models 746T, 750 and 753, guarantees full compatibility with the factory cutting system.

Thus, the user gains:

  • Occupational safety - a properly tightened original nut significantly reduces the risk of the blade loosening during cutting, which is crucial for operator protection.
  • Fixed operating parameters - The blade remains firmly fixed, which has a positive effect on the uniformity of the cut and reduced operator fatigue, especially during long mowing sessions.
  • Certainty of compatibility - the use of a nut dedicated in terms of dimensions eliminates problems typical of replacements (e.g., mismatched threads, too little or too much height, problems with tightening).

In practice, this means that the user of Oleo-Mac lawnmowers does not need to experiment with universal fasteners - by choosing an original nut, he is sure that the part will fit and perform its function 100%.

Convenient maintenance and daily use - practical benefits for the user

Replacing the cutter blade mounting nut is one of the simpler maintenance tasks that most users are able to do themselves. Thanks to the well-chosen dimensions, nut 61110075R allows quick disassembly of the blade for sharpening, replacement with another type or cleaning of the cutting unit.

When you buy this cap, you gain, among other things:

  • Saving time - Quick installation and removal of the disc, without fighting with mismatched replacements,
  • Reliability - The lack of backlash and thread problems makes any disc replacement quick and hassle-free,
  • Comfort in everyday work - Stably mounted blade makes the scythe work quieter and more evenly, resulting in less fatigue.

It is a solution recommended both to individual users caring for home gardens and to professional companies maintaining green areas, for which reliability and lack of downtime in work is important.

Why choose the original 61110075R nut instead of a replacement?

Although various replacements are available on the market, the choice of the original 61110075R cutting disc mounting nut has several important advantages that directly affect the comfort and safety of work:

  • Guaranteed compliance with manufacturer's recommendations - the original component meets strict quality standards and has been tested with specific models of scythes.
  • Less risk of damage to other components - proper thread and dimensional matching means less stress on the shaft and flanges, which prolongs their life.
  • Stable performance for a long time - The original nut retains its properties despite repeated unscrewing and tightening during disc replacement.

In the context of the cost of operating a lawnmower or brushcutter, saving on small parts such as nuts is often illusory - possible damage to the blade, shaft, or even the risk of an accident can be much more costly than buying the original part.

Always follow the instructions in the manual for your specific model of scythe.

Is nut 61110075R corrosion resistant?

The nut is made of metal and designed for outdoor use. Standard use and proper maintenance (e.g. cleaning after work, storing in a dry place) ensure its long life. If there are signs of severe corrosion, consider replacing with a new one.
