1. Gwarancji udziela się na okres 24 miesięcy licząc od dnia sprzedaży produktu klientowi.
2. Sprzęt przeznaczony jest wyłącznie do eksploatacji w warunkach indywidualnego gospodarstwa domowego. Używanie sprzętu winno odbywać się zgodnie z instrukcją obsługi.
3. Gwarant zapewnia bezpłatne usunięcie wady sprzętu ujawnione w okresie gwarancji w ciągu 14 dni od dnia zgłoszenia w zakładzie usługowym, upoważnionym do napraw gwarancyjnych.
4. Gwarancja ulega przedłużeniu o czas naprawy licząc od dnia zgłoszenia do czasu wykonania usługi, jeżeli wada uniemożliwia korzystanie ze sprzętu. Okres ten powinien być potwierdzony w Karcie Gwarancyjnej.
5. Gwarant zwolniony jest z odpowiedzialności z tytułu gwarancji za wady spowodowane wadliwym użytkowaniem oraz w przypadku wykonania napraw i przeróbek przez osoby nieupoważnione.
6. Sprzęt o wadze do 10 kg reklamujący powinien dostarczyć do zakładu usługowego wraz z kartą gwarancyjną i dowodem zakupu.
7. Jeżeli wymieniona część jest sprowadzana z zagranicy termin naprawy nie powinien przekraczać 30 dni licząc od dnia zgłoszenia.
8. Zakres i sposób naprawy gwarancyjnej ustala gwarant. 10.Naprawą gwarancyjną nie jest regulacja urządzenia gazowego przewidziana w instrukcji obsługi, a należąca do instalującego urządzenia (ustawienia płomienia oszczędnościowego palników, przestawienie do innego rodzaju gazu, ustawienie zapalaczy, iskrowników).
11. Gwarancją nie są objęte części szklane, plastikowe oraz uszkodzenia mechaniczne. Poza tym uszkodzenia powstałe w skutek:
- niewłaściwego użytkowania lub przechowywania

- wyładowań atmosferycznych i spięć w sieci zasilającej
