The CORMAK HBS275 band saw, thanks to its equipment with a hydraulic cylinder, cooling and a swivel arm up to 60o , in combination with saw blades of a renowned German company Rontgen, is widely used in all locksmith shops where precision, quality and speed of cutting count.

Metal band saw, horizontal with torsion arm allows cutting in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the material to be cut and at any angle from 0 to 600. The material to be cut can be fed manually or by any mechanical device, while the feed of the tool is automatic. Dam guides are equipped with special carbide plates and bearings. This has a huge impact on the dam's handling, life span, straightness, accuracy and quality of cut. Carbide guiding reduces machine and blade wear to a great extent. The cutter arm made of a uniform cast iron along with the 27 mm wide cutting belt used in this cutter. fully enables multi-series cutting of both profiles and solid materials. The vise is located in an adjustable bed and is equipped with a quick clamp. The blade guides are equipped with hard metal carbide inserts and a roller bearing system. It is the Sintered Carbide PROVIDERS that are responsible for the precision and straightness of the cut. The arm is equipped with an automatic blade tension sensor, it is inclined by 25 degrees, which increases the life of the blade. A cleaning brush is attached to the bottom of the arm for excellent blade cleanliness and function. The drive of the machine is transmitted via a worm drive. The machine has a three-phase motor with two cutting speeds and motor thermal protection.

The cutter has a CLOCK TENSOMETER - a belt tension sensor and an automatic switch-off in case of a broken cutting belt. The shaping of the upper part of the base provides a sump for draining coolant and catching chips generated during material cutting. A cast iron work table with a swivel arm and a control panel on a separate arm is attached to the base. In the cutting process, the main cutting motion is the movement of the cutting belt and the feed rate of the arm descends. The arm's descent rate (cutting speed) is regulated by a hydraulic actuator. The feed rate is adjusted on the control panel of the cutter. Choose between two cutting belt speeds of 37.5 and 75 m/min. In the lower position of the arm ( after cutting the material), the cutting belt drive is switched off automatically. Safety will be ensured by guards for the cutting dam and micro switches that stop the motor when the cutting cycle is completed or any of the guards are opened, an additional safety feature is the automatic shutdown of the cutter in the event of a breakage of the cutting belt.
