Guide bar for 20" (51 cm) chainsaws .325 "x.058" 1.5 mm 50310207R - professional guide for intensive work in the forest and garden

Chain saw guide bar:

  • Length: 51 cm - 20"
  • Pitch: .325"x.058"
  • Guide link width: 1.5 mm
  • number of cells: 78

Guide bar for chainsaws 20" - 51 cm .325 "x.058" 1.5 mm 50310207R is a high-quality work piece designed for chainsaws used by both professional chainsaw makers and demanding home users. It is responsible for guiding the cutting chain, stabilizing the cut and making the work safer. Robust construction and precise technical specifications make it an ideal choice for heavy use in the forest, garden, orchard, and construction and carpentry work.

The guide bar is mounted directly to the body of the saw - in the place of the mounting of the factory guide bar. When the chain is properly installed and tensioned according to the manufacturer's recommendations, the kit creates a precise and efficient cutting system. Model with a length of 51 cm (20") and pitch .325 "x.058" with 1.5 mm guide link and 78-link chain provides the optimum compromise between cutting speed, saw handling comfort and durability of the entire assembly.

20" chainsaw guide 50310207R - high durability, precise performance and safe operation

Prowadnica do pilarek 20 cali 51 cm 50310207R

The key advantage of the 50310207R guide is very high durability. Made of high-grade steel, resistant to deformation and wear, maintains stability even with prolonged and intensive hardwood cutting. Precision machining ensures even chain guidance, which reduces uneven wear and extends the life of the entire cutting set. The lubrication holes used, as well as the appropriately shaped groove for the guide link, promote optimal lubrication of the chain, which directly translates into lower operating temperatures and less friction.

Technical parameters of the guide (length 51 cm / 20", pitch .325 "x.058", 1.5 mm link width, 78 links) guarantee high cutting efficiency while keeping the saw comfortable to use. This configuration is great for cutting firewood, felling medium-sized trees, limbing and household work. It also ensures adequate depth and speed of cutting while maintaining good control of the machine, which is important for both safety and precision of the tasks at hand.

The safety of working with the guide 50310207R is increased by the appropriately shaped nose of the guide, which reduces the risk of uncontrolled bounce (kickback). As a result, the operator has better control over the tool, and the saw itself runs more steadily even in more demanding cross or rip cuts. This is especially important for users who often cut in difficult conditions - for example, on a plot of land, in the woods or near buildings, where precision and control over cutting are crucial.

Application of the 20" guide .325 "x.058" 1.5 mm - ideal for gardening, orchard and forestry work

Prowadnica do pilarek łańcuchowych 20 cali 50310207R zastosowanie

Universal parameters of the 20" guide .325 "x.058" 1.5 mm make it ideal for a wide range of applications. The length of 51 cm allows you to conveniently cut both smaller and medium-sized logs, thick branches and logs of wood prepared for firewood. Pitch .the "325" provides smooth, fast cutting with a moderate load on the drive unit, so the saw runs efficiently and the user doesn't get tired as quickly.

In the garden and on the allotment, the guide will find use in pruning ornamental and fruit trees, removing old shrubs, preparing wood for the fireplace or building small wooden structures such as pergolas, gazebos and sheds. In the orchard, it will make it easier to cut dry, diseased or damaged branches and remove older trees. In the forest and wooded areas, it will prove useful for preparing firewood, cleaning up windbreaks and maintenance work.

This type of guide is also a popular choice for carpenters and woodworkers. Allows precise cutting of roof truss members, beams, scantlings and construction boards. With a length of 51 cm, thicker sections can be cut without having to turn the material repeatedly, speeding up work and reducing the risk of dimensional errors. It will also be perfect for the home workshop of the do-it-yourselfer who expects versatility and reliability from a chainsaw.

Guide bar assembly for 20" saws 50310207R - quick replacement and compatibility with popular saws

Montaż prowadnicy do pilarek 20 cali 50310207R

The 20" guide 50310207R mounts in place of the original guide, on the screws that secure the saw's clutch cover. The design of the bar foot and the spacing of the mounting holes corresponds to the standards used in many popular models of chainsaws on the market. This makes replacing the bar quick and intuitive - after removing the cover, unfastening the chain and loosening the mounting bolts, all you have to do is remove the old bar and put on the new one, then put on the chain, adjust the tension and tighten the bolts.

A prerequisite for proper installation is to match the bar to the parameters of the saw and the chain: pitch .325", guide link width of 1.5 mm and number of chain links (78). This fit ensures that the chain runs properly in the bar groove, minimizes the risk of chain slippage and guarantees quieter, more stable operation. The bar's oil holes work in conjunction with the saw's lubrication system to keep the chain lubricated even during heavy use.

The simplicity of replacement makes the 50310207R guide a great choice both as a primary work guide and as a spare for a second shift of work. If the existing guide is worn out or damaged in the field, a new one can be quickly installed and work can continue without extended downtime. For professional users, this means real savings in time and money, and for residential customers - the assurance that the saw will always be ready for action.

User benefits - performance, comfort and reliability of the 20" guide 50310207R

Korzyści z użytkowania prowadnicy do pilarek 50310207R

Choosing a guide for 20" - 51 cm chainsaws .325 "x.058" 1.5mm 50310207R, the user gains a number of tangible benefits. First - greater cutting efficiency. Properly selected length and parameters of the chain allow fast processing of firewood, cutting thick branches and logs, as well as efficient construction work. Second - higher comfort. Stable chain guidance reduces vibration, improves cutting precision and reduces operator fatigue, especially during prolonged operation.

Another benefit is reliability. High resistance to abrasion and deformation means that the guide bar retains its operating characteristics for a long time - the guide groove does not expand excessively, and the nose of the guide bar does not wear out too quickly. As a result, it is less often necessary to reach for new parts, which reduces the cost of operating the chainsaw. A well-designed lubrication system allows the chain to maintain proper operating conditions in different temperatures and under varying loads.

For the end customer, versatility of application is also important. One guide allows you to do seasonal work in the garden, prepare firewood year-round, complete carpentry and construction projects, and do more advanced forestry work. This makes the saw equipped with the 50310207R guide bar a versatile tool for home, hobby and semi-professional tasks. This is an investment for years, which translates into greater work efficiency and real time savings.
