- MAAD ZW-1300/1.5 is a WALCING machine ideally suited for roofing flashings and simple workshop work on flat sheets up to 1.5 mm thick. Thanks to the use of proven and durable technical solutions, the machine can be used for many years.
The main working elements of the coiler are 3 shafts. Two of them located in the front part of the machine (upper and lower) perform the function of pulling in the rolled sheet metal. The third, at the back of the device, the so-called loose thanks to the adjustable position gives the right diameter of the sheet to be processed. The loose shaft is supported by two roller carriages mounted on a carriage frame that moves with the shaft during its adjustment. Such a design solution prevents the shaft from deforming during sheet rolling.
Thanks to the additional milling in the upper shaft, it is possible to make drain pipe locks on the coiler. Detachable top shaft on one side for quick removal of the workpiece. The use of an additional chain transmission in the reel that drives the slack shaft improves the performance during reeling.
The reel shafts are driven by a helical gearbox manually using a crank handle.
